MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.Updated 5 days ago

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our distribution center and marked as delivered, the responsibility shifts to the shipping carrier. While we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages, we recommend first checking with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If your package does not arrive within 3 days of the delivery date and cannot be located, you may file a claim directly with the carrier or through Navidium Package Protection if it was selected at checkout.
