We at YG COLLECTION are committed to providing you with an easy return’s process if something didn’t work out at this time. We gladly accept returns unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery to you for store credit

Extended holiday return policy

All orders placed between November 1st, 2023 until December 24th 2023 have an extended returns policy, and can be returned until January 14th 2024.

Exchanges - Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before an exchange or store credit can be processed. Please ensure all returns:.

Non-returnable or exchangeable items

Accessories, gift cards, swimwear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons. All sale items are final and nonrefundable.

Return processing

Please allow between 2-3 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

Defective or incorrect items

If you have received a damaged or defective item or an item that is not the one you've ordered, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and email us by contacting us here. We will rectify this situation immediately by shipping you the correct item

Damaged items

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

Can I cancel my order

Yes, you can; we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are allowed a purchased order to be canceled within 24 hours; a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. You can email us at [email protected] for any order cancellati
